Smart think Challenge

This is an infield human resource based initiative of Tranquil Educational Foundation designed in a great way to support youth development.

Smart think Challenge is a series of independent, voluntary individual events providing opportunities for young people to grow and develop in a positive and healthy way while experiencing a wide range of sporting and educational activities.

This puts us up as forerunners in changing the narrative within local communities and giving youths the opportunity to champion positive change within their environment. The young population will be able to;

*Learn local concerns and begin to put them into the context of global issues; this will serve them now and in the future as they transition into the adult world

*Learn about climate change and adverse effects of negative climate change, green world creation and how to combat natural disasters.

*Challenge themselves on the best possible ways to go about community engagement to drive global success on pressing issues

As part of our corporate responsibility, quizzes will be organized in the form of a game/mind activity in which participants attempt to answer questions correctly on variety of subjects. This will serve as a brief assessment to measure growth in knowledge, abilities or skills.

Mentorship and guidance from role models within the community will also help guide the youths positively
